Additional training classes help dancers build stronger technique, confidence, and versatility. These classes allow dancers to focus on skills like strength, flexibility, and performance quality, leading to cleaner movement and faster learning.

Extra training also promotes safe movement habits, reduces injury risk, and encourages discipline and growth. Whether a dancer is training for teams, performances, or personal improvement, additional classes provide the support needed to progress and reach their full potential.

TUMBLING LEVELS
NOTE:  (choose the highest skill that can be performed safely without a spot).

  • Level 1: Working to get cartwheels, round offs, arch ups etc.

  • Level 2: Can do all level 1 skills in proper form, working back walk over

  • Level 3: Can back walk over in proper form, working back handspring

  • Level 4: Can back handspring form needs work, working series

  • Level 5: Can back do series handspring in proper form, working tucks

  • Level 6:  Has back tuck (running or standing) in proper form, working on layouts or other advanced skills.
